Volt Range - This is a newer restaurant in the Volt Range in DC.
Sushi Taro - After trying Makoto and visiting Japan, I'm looking forward to trying the other most well-known Japanese restaurant in DC.
Crepes at the Market - I really like crepes stuffed with fruit and nutella or savory indian food. Wish this place was closer.

MiniBar: Jose Andres, small plates and molecular gastronomy. I'm sold. Need a serious foodie friend to join for this one though and it is pricey.

Lighthouse/Vit Goel in Centreville: Picked up a groupon for this korean restaurant that specializes in Tofu Soups and plan on trying very soon.

The Inn at Little Washington: This place had already become one of the top restaurants in DC long before I knew what a palate even was. When I hit the lottery, I plan on attending and sharing the experience with the world.
